BUILDING A WINNING PERSONALITY – BECOMING THE BEST VERSION OF ONESELF
St.
Mary’s PU college Falnir ,Mangalore organised an inspiring personality development
session on “Building
a winning personality – Becoming
the best version of oneself on 28th July ,2026 in the college
auditorium. The session commenced with a soulful prayer
song followed by a warm welcome address by Ayisha Afnaz of
I commerce. Sr. Lenita
Lobo, the distinguished
speaker for the day was welcomed with a potted plant by the College principal Sr. Maria Gracilda.
Sr Lenita Lobo addressed the gathering and also captivated the
audience with her
practical insights and motivating message .The session focused on developing a positive mindset and self
motivation, encouraging students to cultivate ,confidence and resilience in
overcoming challenges. She
also highlighted the values that shape character such as honesty, integrity ,respect and responsibility through a
group activity. Students where guided on the importance of good manners,appropriate
behaviour and punctuality. She
also stressed on the significance of maintaining discipline and dedication
which is an essential qualities for achieving personal and professional goals.
The session was highly
interactive ,informative
and inspiring .Students
actively participated and gained valuable life lessons that will help them in future to become
more confident responsible and value based individuals.
The programme was compered by Fatima Nashwa of I commerce
and vote of thanks was proposed by Izha Zahiya of II Science.
