Student Orientation Program 2022-23
St Mary’s P U College, Falnir, Mangalore organized an Orientation programme for the students on 23rd July 2022.
The Programme Began through a Hindi Prayer Song invoking gods Blessing. The college Principal Sr.Sahaya Mary Greeted the Students and introduced the resource person and welcomed Rev.Fr.Henry D’souza, a motivational speaker hailing from sakleshpura, Hassan. He was solemnly welcomed by Mrs.Shyamala with a bouquet of flower.
The Programme commenced with an action song which entertained students. The theme of orientation program was “Faith in God”. Fr.Henry D’souza emphasized the importance of faith in God and values in one’s life through PPT Presentation as well as through videos of Mother Teressa, who served humanity and also stressed on the notion that “Every Child is precious”.
Fun Activities were conducted for students to keep them active and alert. Students enjoyed all the activities conducted by Father. Fr.Henry D’souza illustrated different values of life stating different types of examples which made the students very interacting throughout the programme. He also organized some entertaining games.
Different Students shared their feedback about the programme and Nysa Proposed the vote of thanks to the resource person. The programme ended with National Anthem.
